How it works
Install Help Desk and it runs quietly in the background. Opening it shows your pairing code — share that with whoever's helping you. When they connect, you get a popup (it comes to the front no matter what else you're doing) showing exactly what they're asking for: terminal access, remote desktop, or admin privileges. You choose what to allow, nothing happens without your say-so, and you can end the session at any time from the same window.
FREEHelp Desk lives inside the desktop app now, not a separate download — add it to your account from the catalog, open the desktop app, and it shows up as a box under Software.
